We are hiring vendors on PAN India basis.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Experienced vendors from the same field on PAN India basis/ Zone wise.

2. Security money to be deposited by vendors to be decided as per the size of work.

3. Highly qualified team will be pre requisite for the execution of work on site.

4. Uniform & safety measures shall be on priority.

5. Execution of services/work on time shall be of at utmost importance and no excuses/ explanations shall be entertained by the company regarding this.

6. Quick response.

7. Charges for the uniform shall be deducted from the security deposit.

8. Any misbehaviour with customer or customers shall be strictly dealt with and strict action will be taken against vendors which can include forfeit of security deposit, termination of agreement after due verification and investigation.

9. Discontinuation of work by vendor should be informed prior to 30 days accordingly the amount will be refunded.

10. No vendor will be allowed to leave any work in progress or before the completion of work. If the vendor is found doing so, losses incurred will be deducted from their security deposit or in case loses is more than security deposited by the vendor, the balance amount will be compensated by the vendor.

11. Agreement between vendors & the company shall be in the light of above mentioned clauses.

12. In case Fire fighting works the Contractor has to obtain NOC from local fire authority for Turnkey projects.

13. Any amount/size of work should be carried out against the order coming from Blooms Deck.

14. Complete team of competent peoples and good workmanship is must.

15. Any Dispute/s shall fall under Ghaziabad jurisdiction.
